Summer Dayz

So I'm fighting in Mexico once again. Besides what you think, from my experiences Mexico has always provided a safe, fun, and good show I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. I hope the tradition continues as I get ready to fight in Mexico city once again on July 11. I am very happy that its for a championship belt as well. I hope only to fight my best and come back with the belt so when my Son's grow they see these belts. Plus I have many different belts to wear to try on when I go to local clubs and what not. I also may be fighting at the end of month as well, but well get to that later.

It will be my second andventure to mexico city, my third time fighting in Mexico, and my third time fighting for total combat(who has never gone to mexico city). The energy down in mexico always thrills me. Its an untapped rescource and these people love there warriors and have great fighting spirit. It will be pleaurable and honarble to fight down there. I fight a tough opponent whose established in South America. Like usuall I'll be training to fight a world champ. I am thrilled to fight Mexico and also thrilled that there could be very good things on the horizon. Very close to inking a deal with a big promotion. Just waiting for the right time, right money, and when there ready. Dont worry folks I plan on who ever I sign with to keep an open, non-exclusive contract so I can keep on fighting in these other shows as well. I truly enjoy staying busy, fighting a lot, traveling all over, and testing myself with the best and toughest people all over the world. I am a fighter this is my livelyhoood. Why would I not fight if I'm healthy and happy? For now this is my profession and am happy with my job and want to be successfull so I enjoy this pace and at the same time I'm in no rush. My fighting career shall be long and fruitfull. After all I do what I practice and that is what one must do. Do what you practice and what your good at and you shall prosper. Plus downtime is my evil. If I'm fighting only once every six months I will get distracted not to mention my body is young enough where I am supposed to be fighting frequently and using my well maintained machinery. Of course when I get older I will slow down but for now it's the time for me to be fighting frequently.

As for other news. I've had some fights get postponed as of lately so Ive been in shape for those so the timing for this fight cannnot work out better. Dan Henderson is getting ready for his big fight with Micheal Bisping as well. So we can all peak together. There are other awesome team quest fighters as well who are fighting and getting ready for July and other fights. Dan looks awesome and I have been a good punching dummy. I think I have helped him prepare and he has helped me prepare. It was a good trade off and really enjoy working with him and other world class fighters. Cyril Diabate is an awesome stand up coach and has very valuable elbows, knees, kicks, and fist that can be delivered to one's face quite effictively. Not to mention we have very good jiu jitsu at team quest right now. With Pancho, Harper, and Joal plus others we have quite our fair shair of blackbelts. ANd I wear a GI now so yes its karate time all the time. Wrestling is second nature to us we have olympians, and fantasic wreslters in there all the time. Plus I teach it. Wrestling is naturally evovling for me. I did not have a fight in June which was weird to me because I've been fighting once a month as of lately. It was nice though, training and working on some holes, and getting better parts better. Plus I got to spend time with my Son's and have some fun. Balance is key. Okay training time, LIfe stuff. Peace out people. Peace in the middle east.
